Australia five-piece alternative rock band, The Rubens, had a banner 2018 with the release of their highly-anticipated new album, LO LA RU; a global headline tour that saw a run of sold-out dates in Wellington, Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Vancouver, New York City, Toronto and London; and an extensive run with P!NK in Australia and New Zealand on her forty-date arena tour. Showing no signs of slowing down in the new year, the group is back out on the road, and will be heading back to Canada for tour dates in Toronto and Vancouver this April.

The Rubens is comprised of the three Margin brothers, Elliott, Zaac and Sam, as well as friends, Scott Baldwin and William Zeglis. Their 2016 sophomore album, Hoops, is now certified ARIA Gold while their title track is now ARIA Certified Platinum and was awarded #1 on Triple J Hottest 100 Chart. The band released their highly anticipated new album, LO LA RU, in the summer of 2018. The record features collaborations with Run The Jewels’ production team and Grammy nominated artist, Sarah Aarons (Alessia Cara w/Zedd, Lykke Li and Jessie Ware).
