When the rug is pulled up from under you and your left with half of what you used to know, you can either call it a day and enjoy the memory or you can get creative with what you have and perhaps, if you’re lucky enough, spin out a catchy hit song in the process of rebuilding.
On an unusually warm winter afternoon, I met up with Elias front man Brian Healy and drummer Stefan Tavares at Vancouver’s Library Square.
True to Everlea’s reputation for being one of the friendliest bands in the biz, they appear to also be one of the most gracious and hard working.
It’s only as fun as you make it and Vancouver based band Hedley certainly intend on enjoying the ride.
